Isador's Fruit & Deli will purchase a variety of fruit & produce based on your preferences, season, availability and price. We encourage you to set out a cooler during extreme temperatures to keep the freshness of the produce. If no cooler is left, We will leave the box the produce is in. On the next delivery day, please leave the empty box out so we can reuse or recycle it. Please allow 48 hours notice if you plan to leave town and wish not to receive a delivery for that week. If we are not informed ahead of time of your cancellation, you will be charged a $20 re-stock fee. Additional fees apply for declined credit cards.

Terms of Service	Thank you for your preference list! Please review and select the following payment options. Please note that we no longer accept cash or checks, except for pre-pay commitments. It is our practice to charge all accounts on the Sunday of the delivery week. Declined credit cards on pay-per-delivery status will result in a $5 service charge. Failure to properly notify us of service suspension within a 48 hour period will result in a $20 re-stock fee. Isador's will not be held responsible for loss of product due to extraordinary negligence of the user (i.e. not leaving a cooler with blue ice, guarding against frigid temperatures.) The user is responsible for expecting and retrieving the produce on the delivery day. If you do not receive your delivery when expected, you must call Isador's immediately. By submitting this form you acknowledge and agree to these terms of service.
